  • Moment of Calm

Yesterdays events were a blow to the club. First of all mackies leg injury and then to watch neils interview. It hurts to see our manager be like this but hes just seen a leg break of a player he obviously loves.

We all know the result was irrelevent. Cardiff, leeds both got replays we havent. were points clear at the top we need to stay calm. Atm NW is still our manager and what good does it do speculating about where hes going to go?
Kyle naughton will be at lecister till the end of the season and they obviously have had to pay a big amount for him. Spurs would of know our intrest and played us off one another to raise money which they didnt have to. i dont blame our board for not wanting to pay for a player we only have for 6 months.

We are QPR, We are top of the league, we have not been in this postion for years and years. We will stay posotive we got good players we are a good club. stop the moaning and man up

In times like these we have to sit still in the boat and support the club without loosing focus after an incident we all detest.
Warnock has a three years contract to sit out. He knows that, the boards knows it as well.
And compared to last seasons the club have suceeded when it comes to gaining stability.
As far as new players coming in is needed I am sure Warnock will be backed.
In other words; Let´s not press the panic button just yet.

I dunno much about Rovers but I reckon that was pretty much their 1st XI yesterday give or take maybe one or two. Anyway, they were pacey, direct quick and have some classy players. They did run us ragged for first half an hour but we weathered that, got a toe hold in game and acquitted ourselves well. Going down 1-0 away in a game we all know NW wanted to lose is no disgrace. Put simply, I thought we did well yesterday and I see no reason why we can't get at least a point at Turf Moor. After Leeds beat ManU last yr their league form evaporated.... them and Cardiff can get bogged down in cup as much as they like as far as I'm concerned - we have eyes on the big prize!

And we did well with two of arguably our best players out -- Taarabt and Smith.
Kean apparently thanked NW for not playing Taarabt -- probably knew Taarabt on the pitch might have meant a different outcome.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Fantastic post. Fully confident there will be a couple of loan signings to replace Jamie and Kyle soon.

Great while here - but only short term benefit. We need to find someone else now. Our own player would be better - long term benefit.

For every Walker there's a dozen Bob Malcolms!

A few loans is actually ideal really otherwise we may get left with the Fitz Hall, Rowan Vine, Pat Ageymang, Gary Borrowdale situation again.
If we do the go up, which I still fully expect us to do, we can then either let them go back or make an offer.
Hopefully Moen can replace JM for the timebeing and perhaps even Cookie come in and play a fuller role.
Cox would be a great loan signing imo and add to that a couple of defenders and all should be ok. Then JM's next game can be Liverpool at home in August, if they stay up :-)
