Pete, with our owners not being exactly paupers + the team having the best chance to return to the top tier since relegation almost two decades ago, we should be able to loan/buy the players that the manager needs. Because if we do not loan/buy them now, the owners might as well run a church bazaar instead of a football club. Useless sitting on your money when a little more investment can result in enormous top tier revenue. Not just useless, plain stupid. Maybe QPR is not a business for them? Just an unwanted toy...

i don't get the board, we buy Orr, he gets injured, straight out for a replacement (walker), we now have untold injuries and no sign they will get more players in, strange.

You need to stop defending the club. If the owners wont pay up to bring in Naughton on loan they are hardly going to bring in anyone else that is any good.

As I said in the other thread, don't want to uneccesssarily have a go at the board but I'm just annoyed that Warnock isn't being properly backed to help us in our final push to promotion! Such is life. I suppose we're in the best position we have been in for a long time but as I said its just fustrating when a small investment could almost garuntee us promotion.

I know its frustrating, but we do lose sight of the fact, we are not the biggest club in the country, in fact one of the lowest in the championship for starters.

How do you know it was the owners that would not pay for Naughton? Warnock say's "We also missed out on Kyle Naughton, because we couldn't afford what Leicester paid Spurs for his loan" Warnock will not pay over the odd's on any player. He does not say the board would not back me on getting Naughton.

Some of you need to get a life we are a small club with a small fanbase who are batting above our-self's and that is because the board got Warnock on board and gave him money to buy Kenny,Makie,Tarrabt,Smith,Hulse,Orr, They also have brought or pay the wages of all the rest of the squad who lets face it we could not afford 95% of them without the board.

End of the day, don't know why people think we have a limitless pot. We are really sounding like a bunch of Cardiff City fans lately.

We have a budget, we have a strict wage structure, we are top of the league.

Warnock is obviously trying to get the owners to spend, I think they will.
