So typically QPR. Why are we pushing the self destruct button when we are four or five points clear at the top? So, we lost Mackie today; a blow, but he is not replaceable. We need to replace Walker, that is clear and need cover for Fitz Hall, because he's only got twenty minutes a game in him even when fit.
Other than that, we are doing fine. Why do the owners need to bust the wage structure and spend millions and millions? Next year, if we get there, money will need to be spent if we are to survive in the top flight.
The only thing relating to the board I am worried about is what happens when our 80+ year old owner pops his clogs... How would we then balance the books if the smaller stake owners weren't prepared to bridge the budget deficit???
You'd all do well to remember that we are overspending in an alarming way and are totally dependent on our owners not losing interest; so why push them? I am happy that I have a club for my boy to support as he grows up; it certainly didn't look that was possible five - ten years ago...

Now I know there is a lot of emotion tonight because of what has happened today BUT there really does seem to be some mixed messages going on here.....before we criticise the board about self destructing, surely we should wait until the end of january and see who has been bought in.
Listening to NW today and on the radio in recent weeks I have heard nothing to indicate to me, he is upset with the board. Today he sounded down but that was to do with Mackies injuries and Diouffs indescretions.
It seems once again it is some fans who are pressing the self destruct button not the board but we will find out in the next few weeks.

Tosh. Read the Guardian piece. Read the FT. Point of it is the unexpected good start is in serious threat of being spunked due to ...what? Stupidity or thriftiness gone mad. We have spent less than any other club in the top 10 so far as I can see. I do like Warnock's line about him having spent "half a Chopra" on the team so far. I am not after millions and I am sure Warnock aint either but some investment is abso ****ing lutely crucial

Are you seriously suggesting that Watford and Millwall have spent more than us ?
Good grief.

"There will be" [investment].
Warnock is being crystal clear and says the opposite. He isn't hinting he isn't alluding he says so. Still, you must know better. Impressive. Perhaps you could tell me who will start on the right next week while I have this hot line to the innermost workings of the club available?

I have no idea who will start on the right. I can think of someone who I hope it won't be though. Someone bought by the manager I'm afraid to say.
Lets wait and see though shall we? I will be more than happy to apologise if you turn out to be correct.

Take note Bernie
When my Nan spent her entire retirement money on taking the whole family on holiday to Spain after working 30 years in a factory, I asked her why she did it. Her response was 'you cant take it with ya son'
So stop being a tight **** and get your wallet out. You havent got many years on this planet left so put some of your wedge to good use and leave a legacy beyond shitty boring formula 1
Back the manager

Guess it would cost at 1 million a month wages now with the squad we have.
Define big?
Not all about attendances by any stretch. In attendances we are similar to Millwall and Palace but our commercial reach, brand awareness, media profile and trophy cabinet far, far exceeds both.

if they want to spunk 22k a week on a player, let them.......
a) they deciding that they are a better judge of player than the manager?
b) Just not giving the manager the backing he wants,
Either way, it is not massively encouraging.

I really can't believe this. Best chance to go up and they are refusing to back Warnock. Unbelieveable.
Who says Naughton is the only choice? I guess Warnock was deeply shocked last night(like the rest of us QPRIANS were and still is for that matter)
I am sure there will severe activity down at the Headquarter from tomorrow morning on.QPR
Best team in the world

What you have to bear in mind is that QPR loose £500k per month minimum. Bernie picks up that bill every month, they are doing a lot for QPR behind closed doors.
Loan players are the way forward, the next 3 weeks are crucial and lets see who else comes in, we just bought Smith and Moen.
