Couldnt give a toss. Jamie mackie being injured has upset me much more than going out.

But teams never had this attitude in the past Quaz. And squads were far smaller then than they are now.Never had all this squad rotation like you do now.Even if you were challenging for promotion you would still put a full team out.
Too many pansies in the game today. All this whinging about resting players.People need to look back at the old days and see that players were men then, not girls.
Personally i blame over-pampered players.

football has also changed alot since then, the speed of the game has progressed alot, take mackie, everyone knows he needed a rest, but like the players of old he played anyway, to his own cost, maybe at the start of the season he would have been quick enough to get to the ball first or avoid the tackle.
will stick with my thoughts as to me Mackie is a HUGE loss.

Teams have been doing this for decades. It was not until foreign managers bought their limp wristed attitude into our game that things went downhill.

stan winds me up pal. If I was a player today I would be annoyed I was dropped rested from taking part in the biggest knockout competion in the world. Who care if Man U Arsenal etc play weakened sides, we aint them or have quality to come in and still win a game like them. People will anwser back with "oh well look what happened to mackie", harsh reality is thats life. Mackie could of broke his leg at burnley, in training, or got run over by a bus tomorrow. Its a p*ss take when teams like qpr put out weakend sides in a competition.@chrisrobson9

It's a sad day when QPR supporters want us to go out of the FA cup and it's a smack in the face to me and the 800 odd others who went today. Makes you doubt whether it was worth going.

As i said its a part of the game footballers get injured. No disrespect to makie as I hope he gets better quick, but you risk injury everytime you go out and play, training or match. To blame the fa cup for a injury is ridiculous.
Would we have won the fa cup? probably not, but F me have some pride and put on a performance, winning breeds confidence, espesh a win against a prem side.@chrisrobson9
