  • Norwich, Lambert, Burnley...

    ... Strange one that.

Could screw Norwich up... and would be a result for us.

Not sure why he'd jump ship to Burnley??, but they wouldn't have asked Norwich without some sort of contact with Lambert first.

This was running on Sky in the wee hours, the headline being Burnley had been refused permission to speak to Lambert. Thgat won't be the end of it of course. Burley still have parachute cash buring a hole in theoir pocket and looking like one of the three years it covers has gone. They may well offer bucks.

Yep. Parachute money seens to be the only draw to Burnley.

Norwich are the bigger club, better stadium, better support... and the better side this season too.

Hope he goes... I see Norwich as more of a threat than Swansea or Leeds to us this season.

This overall turmoil amongst managers in the window looks potentially helpful to us. Though may make clubs more reluctant to sell. Need Davy J to go as well. Grayson is also being floated for some of these vacancies. Houghton will doubtless take one of them.

Anyone leaving Norwich at the moment needs their head examining. Seriously good football club with excellent facilities, big fanbase and massive potential. And that's from someone who will never forgive 1976.

Burnley players still have to get changed at the stadium and sit on a coach to the training ground - same on the way back.

                  SSN:
Malky McKay would be the choice to replace Paul Lambert...

Thats fine by me, we have already played Norwich twice and we would have Watford slip up.
