To be fair Leicester have been looking at much bigger targets. They would be my bet for promotion next season.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

        Next or this season?

I think they've still got a good chance of hitting a purple patch and making the play offs this season.

Very good (and tricky) player on his day but has looked woeful of late. Needs to get match fit and score some goals.

I think they might make the playoffs but we know thats a real lottery but I think next season they will be strong.

I don't like sven but if he seems to attract big names allbeit to a championship side.

Sven wont even be there next season, his head will get turned by some other job and he will be off.

The managerial equivalent of Pascal Chimbonda!

Warnock seems to shy away from "big" players, he says because it might upset the balance of the team, but I suspect its also a combination of not wanting anyone with a bigger personality than his own and, more crucially still, anyone who will cost serious wedge.

.....hence go for Austin, not the likes of McCarthy!

yakubu would be a massive win in the Championship. Players like that (if they are motivated) are the difference.

Sven has been linked with 3-4 high profile names, so far he has managed to sign none of them.

I think he forgets he's at Leicester in the Championship sometimes.

Definitely a West Ham target. At least until Wed when Avram gets to walk but the statement he was a target was Gold/O'Sullivan I think so will continue.

Whether West Ham are a greater pull remains to be seen but it is clear they will spend this window. Not obvious we will (indeed Warnock has more or less shut the window on us hasn't he?)

So he might not be the manager for us in the prem?
