  • New Players

Maybe no new players in this week as it is only the cup this weekend!!
If no new boy's before next league game that could be a worry
or is anybody happy to go with what we have got??

Remember this lot have been top of the table so far why change them ?

I don't mind if we don't sign them this week as long as they ultimately are the right player. We've rushed to buy players in the past and brought in the wrong players as a result.

With Walker returning to Spurs, Cook, Ramage and Buzsaky still out injured and now Agyemang injured we need depth and competition. Yes we sit at the top of the pile but we don't have quality coming off the bench or enough cover if injury/suspension strikes.

A good guide to the strength of a team is how strong their bench is.

Currently, we are riding our luck... it's not a strong bench.
And I'm 100% certain that Warnock knows that.

Hall and Buzsaky aren't fit and there is no confirmation of when they will be back.

Cerny is a good keeper and excellent deputy. Moen maybe brilliant he also might flop. Ephraim is inconsistent and isn't a goal scoring threat. Rowlands is not match fit and clearly not fancied by NW. Neither HH or Hulse are in any goal scoring form. Recently we've had German and Borrowdale on the bench and with Agyemang now injured you can add Clarke as well and that means we have a bench with little or no experience. Compare that with Cardiff having Koumas, Chopra, McPhail, Parkin and Matthews.

I'm happy we are top but we need more players. We've lost Walker, we haven't got Hall or Ramage to call on and we've only got 5 fit defenders one of whom is suspened. We lack depth and competition.

The current team we have are doing very very well, but i think we do need a few more players in to strenthen our promotion push especially as we've a few injuries.

But it's OK everyone, we have been secretly tracking 3 strikers and even managed to play them together in a training match.

Confidential footage can be seen below :

It will be exactly the same, if we do get someone everyone will say it should of been such and such instead, if we don't then people will say well we didn't need anyone anyway.
Me i would prefer someone but in the end Neil knows what he's doing.
