I was listening to Talksport on the way home from the game, and the report for the northeast said Championship quality is poor ! Well to be honest I do believe he had a point.

Not saying all Championship clubs are poor, but looking at Bristol City today I thought they were very poor and a team we should of finished in the first half.

I think every single QPR player who started today are good Championship players and would get into the Bristol city team...but if we want to keep building a league winning team I think we need to improve on...

Striker

I am not saying any of our players are bad or rubbish, but we now need to step up a gear !

Also Taarabt... Could be such a big talent ! However at the moment he would be destroyed in the premiership. He has so much to learn and needs to work so hard to move on to the next step.

I really think this next month is so important ! We need fresh faces.

Lets be honest here...

R's aren't much really are we? The standard in this league is pretty crappy overall and we've beaten some pretty poor teams so far.. if and when we do go up how many of our current squad would cut the mustard in the Premmo huh?

Paddy Kenny and maybe Adel but he's very inconsistent in this league so maybe wouldn't cut it at that level....

I have always thought that we need a team to get us out of this league and virtually a whole new one to keep us up....
