Sounds to me like you know the man personally. Unless you have met him, studied him or have contacts in the Malaga dressing room how on god's earth do you know what his personality is like. If you know something that qualifies you to suggest the players will be able to eat him breakfast please share your wisdom. You only need to look a his very chequered managerial record in the years pre Malaga....not sure where I mentioned his personality either, but again, cursory research into the Spanish sporting press will reveal much information or more informed opinion :eyes_droped:

I hear what you say, but my view of what I read in the press is that it isn't worth the paper it's written on. I'd rather form an opinion based on the football I see, what the man says and how he adapts to the rangers way - if it happens. The personality reference is in response to the comment about the players - for all you or I know he may be a Roy Keane type that takes not nonsense from anyone....then again he may be a lightweight and the players may run him ragged. Only time would tell.

Yeah its so useful that the la liga and the championship are so similar we will feel like he is still managing in the spanish league. Im sorry this doesn't work.
