Maybe the poster of the year bit is a chuckle but overall there is some really sad personalised shite posted on here aimed at being quite cruel and to be honest I just find it unnecessary and tedious in the extreme but hey, just my opinion and I dare say that some will disagree and start being nasty to me...

I take that as a no then?

By the way, I do hope you don't feel that anything I say is intended to upset anyone. I don't wish to be branded a cyber bully. I even have a soft spot for my mate Rebel. I just enjoy banter. It's funny, and it keeps things ticking over, even if some can't see it that way.

I love you all, babies, and tomorrow I'm off antibiotics after a couple of weeks of abstinence and I intend to carry on drinking until my mouth can no longer find the bottle.

I also find these things slightly cringe-making like a primary school popularity contest (particularly as I never won those either). Also think many who really contribute to this board are never mentioned. I mean, Matthew is the resident Victor Meldrew figure but I genuinely do turn to his score predictions with interest to see if he is actually going to back us to win a match (there are still a lot of matches to go after all). And then there is Ted (after his bidet and cat I often find myself worrying for no apparent reason about his kitchen. And definately about his wife). Some folk on here can also be very kind (Gee, Old Hoop), funny (GT, Facto, Quaz), or knowledgeable (Pete - really - Nodge, Benny) or simply around (W12). There are also plenty of posters who just get on with it, make sensible comments and seem to resist getting into squabbles (Goddard, YouveBeenRangered, Ric Roc, James, MYU). But for me, because he actually bothers to do some research rather than just spouting ill informed drivel while sitting in his dressing gown wondering why he isn't doing something more useful with his life (like me), it would have to be Sir Pie.

Can't be bothered to name names etc but I suppose it's how quickly things descend into getting nasty and personal when someone has the temerity to have a different opinion or take on things to others.. often with well reasoned points etc.. whether it's just frustration or lack of ability to articulate or argue or, just some complete goatscocks who don't know the 'rules' of engagement etc but whatever it is it p.i.s.s.e.s me orft... anyway am creamed from watching too much cricket over the past few days so am crashing.. tootlepip folks..

Sorry, but just to bring the thread back to its proper subject for a minute rather than all this stuff about football or whatever - and Benny's limp thumb: a friend of mine has come back from making a documentary about a #### star in LA and he can apparantly, um, manually bring a woman to a state of complete fulfilment (we are talking buckets rather than tissues) regardless of her initial state of interest within minutes. Like so many things in life it is, I am advised, all in the wrists.
