I'd say the signing of Vaughan is a firm indication that one or more out of Bellamy, Bothroyd and Chopra will be on their way in January.

My money is on Bothroyd being sold to prevent him from going for free in the summer. Would also not be surprised if Bellamy is sent back. Hasn't been doing it recently and if you believe the rumours he is having a negative effect on the dressing room!

Can't see Bellamy going anywhere but Bothroyd to Fulham for £2m looks like it could happen.

I genuinely feel they will miss Bothroyd more than Bell-End-Amy. Does so much more for the team. No doubting CB's class but horrible little troll. Personally love him tbh

Leave it out, Gayraff. Vaghaun and Gibson to replace Bothroyd and Wittinghsm is hardly inspiring, is it?
          Your mum would love me...

Cardiff are in for a rough period imo, and recent form suggests they will drop away. Looking at their next 4 games:-
Bristol C away. Recent form tables http://footballstats.sportinglife.co.../D1/oform.html show that Cardiff could lose this game, BC are 7th, and Cardiff are 20th, so even a draw will be going against recent form, but their quality could get them 1 point.
Norwich away. Even more difficult. 3rd best on current form, and I can see them losing this game, 0 points.
Watford home. Looked good when they beat us, Watford will want to continue the form, so I think a draw, 1 point.
Reading home. Unbeaten in last 8 games, draw specialists recently so could easily be same. 1 point.
Swansea away. This is the crucial one. If the above results come true they will have lost confidence, dropped down to about 4th or 5th, and if DJ loses this 'derby' on monday morning its P45 time imo.

                Thanks Tim, missed that one.

So where are Leeds in the 'current form' table?
Oh dear, points will be tricky for that game too, 1 if lucky?

You will be losing Jay Bothroyd, so not really strengthening, just replacing. The big question is, is Vaughan better than Bothroyd ? I think not.

Vaughan is decent... but the whole Cardiff attack has revolved around Bothroyd and his aerial ability, target man play, form, understanding of his teammates positions, link up play etc...
Although an England cap was pushing it a bit!

And just like Leeds, they can't defend.

How can you lot need another striker anyway? As mentioned he must be replacing an outgoing player most likely Bothroyd
