Will we keep onto Adel through January?

Anyone else a little worried that someone will snap up Adel in January? Of course hes under contract, and Warnock wouldnt want him to leave - but from wht we know of Adel, if a premiership team came in for him, hed most likely want to go? Hope that isnt the case, as this guy is top quality, and an amazing signing at this level IMO. Hes the difference between promotion or not, and if we do keep hold of him (which i am sure we will), then I am very hopeful that our promotion dream may finally come true

Adel will not go to another english team at the moment.
If a big foreign club came knocking on our door then that may be a different story.
It seems that he is enjoying himself at the moment and learning loads.
It does annoy me though when the Rangers supporters sing 'Taarabt's too good for you..'. We ain't a one man team.

What would he now be worth? A premiership club would offer about £3m probably but I think we would be mad to sell for less than £5m.

I think being skipper and knowing his the big fish at the club, knowing his the best in the league, he would want to get us up. He has a lot of respect for niel, and I doubt he would go in jan. If we dont go up then it be a different story in the summer. I wouldn't even look at an offer if it was less then 10million.

I don't think away supporters are that far away from the truth when they call us a 1 man team. With Buzz still out, if we lost Adel then the side would have little to no flair in the side. I don't care about the 1 man team so called insult, it just goes to show that away teams are scared of Adel's ability. I mean that nutmeg was a bit special on that swansea player, infact I thought the swansea player was walking off down the tunnel after being done and who would of blamed him.

I agree. Personally I'd offer him a new lucrative 5 year deal so that we can tie him when we get to the prem. This would really show ambition from our owners.

He is special and because he does stand-out things on the pitch, that is why everyone talks about him - and rightly so.
All the good Rangers teams in my lifetime have had stand out special players, I don't need to list them.
But I think to call us a one man team is a little insulting to the other players but then again that probably doesn't bother them. In fact I hope it doesn't bother them because we are doing well as a TEAM.

we sing it when he destroys teams..... seems normal to me. Just like we sing songs about other players that do something praise-worthy.

He will not go in Jan, though I would not be suprised if there is interest. Jan is a bad market.

I would be more expecting some teams to have a very good look at him and come in for him at the end of the season. They may show the initial interest in Jan though.

I think it's a good job message boards were't around when Marsh or Bowles were the no. 10's -- goodness only knows what criticism they'd have come in for -- and would people have been telling us we were wrong to sing their songs too?

2. if you were tempted by money for Adel then thank god you aren't the chairman.

3. hes part of a squad, i think we have the best goal keeper and best holding player as well

My main concern about Adel is the interview he gave while on friendly duty for Morocco a couple of months back.He said he would be interested to see if any big clubs came in for him in Jan.

I think his head is easily turned and we should just enjoy him while we have him.Let's not look too far ahead.Don't think he'll go in Jan but could in the summer if a bigger team comes in for him.
