Fair play mate but I am just giving my opinion on mackie.

I think he is overrated by most of our fans so I guess I am on my own on this one but I can only judge him on what he offers. Yes work rate was excellent but did have a very poor game. I still think Moen if he does well, could and should push mackie for a starting place but I know he's loved by this board.

Everyones entitled to their opinion but sometimes weare you have a habbit of putting into words things that rile others. But hey its Christmas perhaps a new years resolution might change things

Mackie does alot of running, i think HH deserves alot of credit for our past two performances aswell, he runs his nuts off closeing down.. Both players determanation and persistant chaseing are getting us points on the road.

The problem when you have a player like adel in ya team hitting such high standerds it can overshadow the hard/good shifts other players are putting in, imo Mackie is just as important as the likes of adel, as we all know the likes of adel wouldnt be able to function/work so well without mackie doing what he does.

IMO we are where we are largely because of mackie anyhow, his early season scoreing for fun run gave us some major distance coming out the blocks. Important cog and should imo remain in the team. Cant have a go he has us 9 goals!..

If it wasn't for Mackie earlier in the season we wouldn't be where we were now he scored crucial goals in the first few games and he always gives 100% every game and does his job and if it wasn't for some great saves this season he could have had more like the cardiff game where his shot was going straight into the top corner and somehow Heaton saved it and from that corner we scored and he has also assisted alot of goals this year. He has definately been one our our better players this year
