  • Stuck in bed with tonsilitus

Can't make Coventry or even a pub to watch the match as feeling rubbish. Worst of all I cancelled my Sky subscription after a row with their so-called "customer services department". There isn't a live stream on Taliban TV or any of those other weird minor channels is there???? To all those on their way to the Rioch, well done and - from one who has lost his voice - cheer us on to three points lads and lasses.

Thanks Oldhoop. Funnily enough I feel a million times better now. When the second goal went in I shouted "u rrrrrss" but think my voice must have gone a bit funny as my wife came running into the room asking what the matter was. When she found out I was celebrating a goal she accused me of faking illness to be waited on in bed...

I went to the game on Boxing Day with guts like an Icelandic volcano.
Frightened to fart, bubbling up, felt sick as a dog.

By the end of the game, I had no desire to vomit, I was farting without fear, and I had guts of steel.
                      I was strong, like lion.
Football is a medicine, and winning games is 10x stronger than Lemsip, Imodium or Gaviscon.

Just thought I'd share that. :sorry:

Not sure I'll share your anecdote with my wife, but made me chuckle.
