He's a complete enigma but at least every (other) home game, he produces the goods. Needs to do it consistently, root out the bad passes, the prima donna fits and naturally the bad games.

Even at the moment, he is the difference between us being a top 2 and a top 10 team. In that sense he must be indulged as Neil tries to make him a more complete player.

great he passes the ball more often today, but when you see the others misses those sitters ..you just want him to shoot them himself! he could end up with more than 5 Assists today... thats why we need a quality striker to take those sitters in.

I am not questioning his talent,but he needs to get over his ego and

I'm sure likes of Marsh and Bowles had iffy games/spells - there was no saturation coverage back then to highlight every second of every game though. Adel's the best thing we've had at LR for decades and I think he's the difference between automatic promotion and play-offs for us. Be really pee'd off if we sold him this January.
Thing is, I reckon he has so much potential it's possible a prem clubs could tempt us/him with a mega £million offer. Hopefully our billionaire owners will be able to stave them off for at least the remainder of this season.

Swings and roundabouts really. We could of easily lost today. There midfield 3, Joe Allen in particular were overunning us in the first half. Why? Because Adel our 3rd midfielder does not defend or work.
He's a fantastic player to have when you're winning. But had we gone a goal down I'm not sure you'd be celebrating our captain on this thread.
On his day he is a top class player, we all know that.
