            Yes please.
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

i wouldn't say he was crap, just asked to play a different way, he is not a holding midfielder, more a box to box man, so should have been played to his strengths.

apart from the ipswich away game he was ok for us. had a few bad and good games.

but that ipswich away game was by far his worst. he didnt even try and bottled far too many tackles.

but i will give him a second chance, as he has proven he is a decent player at this level.

Maybe so, but still, I seem to remember some of his passing being absolutely woeful and there is no excuse for that as a professional player. Also he was renowned for his set piece ability..he was worse than Taarabt is now!

we didn't see the real ben watson, would sign him up without thinking about it.

I'll be honest with you...I wouldn't sign him. Overrated and he has hardly set the world alight at Wigan(a friend says he is poor for them). Saw him the other day on MOTD make a bit of a defensive blunder for a goal. Lets be honest, now is the time we should be building for the premiership and getting the players in to keep us up. Can's say I think he will do that. If he was good enough I'm sure West Brom would have made his loan spell permanent?

You see Watson as a bad player based on his performances in the Premiership and a few bad performances for us but what I think you are forgetting is that a) Wigan play in a much higher standard of football than we do. b) he performed badly by playing out of position and at a turbulent time for the club and c) his best performances as a footballer to date were under Warnock.

Warnock would get the best out of him (like he's done with Hill, Derry and Taraabt). He knows which is Watson's best position and if signed permanently he's more likely to fight tooth and nail for a starting position. Also Warnock won't allow him to slack.
