Big screen message?

Hi everyone!
I am going to be watching QPR - Leeds in May at Loftus, with a friend of mine from Sweden, who sadly enough is a Leeds fan.
The thing is, he turns 31 the day before the match. I would love to get a congrats on the big screen, maby something about him being a big QPR fan etc. Who should I talk to to make that happen?
