  • January is huge...

Im not too worried after todays game. Didn't sound like we played too bad and over the course of a season you will always loose games.

However I think the January transfer window will define our season. I don't think we need to bring in lots of players however I think we need to bring in 2 or 3 quality players. I would firstly say a quality striker such as Chopra should be a priority. I would also say that we need another attacking minded player such as Commons. Apart from that maybe another left back and cover for Derry.

If we do this I think we have a great chance of going up this year. If we don't I fear we could slip into the playoffs

Who knows. The board will know that spending 3-4m in Jan is a tiny investment if we get promoted. This could be our best chance for a long long time to go up.

Bernie was quoted as saying he does not want to compete with Man U or Arsenal. Reading between the lines, I would say that is promising and we will get to the prem with some help from his cheque book.

            Chopra
            Watson
            Van aanholt (loan)
            Curtis Davies (loan)
