isn't the manager "pledging his future to the club" almost on a par with a chairman's "vote of confidence in the manager"? Palace fans would say he made similar noises last time. Lets hope this time there aren't any off-field shenanegans to give him a reason to walk away.

No don't panic Stainrod I don't think its a statement of convenience I'd say its more to do with the fact certain high profile roles have arisen lately & I'm sure Warnock would have been questioned on them that's all.

hes worked miracles when you actually disect the squad and look at what he has had to work with. i think with a.n.other manager fridays performance and result would be the norm, not the exception. hes my all time favourite manager already.
