I agree with you 100%. Harbin was superb for us. Dowie's football wasn't the prettiest but he got results. Given the time and money we would have been a top 6 side last season.

Question is is it poor recruitment, or have they made a rod for their own backs?

Look how long it took to get Mags in. Do we really think that managers don't take notice of what has happened before?

Really feel for Harbin. Did an excellent job here (and as far as I can tell everywhere else he worked too). I think he went to Swansea for a while (remember seeing photos posted by a Swans fan somewhere) but had problems with the travel from his home in the Midlands, last I heard he had gone back to Australia.

Do we actually have a performance coach at the club now?

If we did they either walked yesterday or are now in some other temporary role. The club is in a mess and the sooner the owners and the rest of the staff admit that the better.

Personally I would have given Gregory more time. Forest have shown that you can get relegated, rebuild and come back stronger. He wasn't everybody's favourite but he wasn't a walkover and would have this current crop behaving and playing for their lives.

Sad thing is that if we wait if we wait for the owners, etc. to admit that the club is a mess then we are going to have a very long wait.

Wasn't Gregory's last match the last time we played WBA away? Lets hope for a better result...

Very true. The squad has constantly improved. Now we just have to get them playing together because we all know they are capable of much better than 12th position.

Who will manage them though is still very much in the air?
