  • Watford game last night

Personally I think it was the worst i have seen the whole team play. HOWEVER dont think we should over react like i am seeing some people do on the forums. Someone has said they dont think Faurlin is ready for prem football but that must be one of the first and only times I have seen him but in such a bad performance, yeah maybe some games he is sluggish but everyone goes through bad patches.... and some people are destroying Taarabt and yes he should pass and not try so many tricks but when it comes off people love it and wont have a go at him, NW has it spot on you have to let him try the tricks cause every now and then we will see him pull it off and destroy the other team and win us the game! THIS IS ONLY ONE GAME have faith!!!

My man of the match for QPR is Kyle Walker some may not agree but think he put in the most effort and gave the ball away the least!

MOM was Paddy Kenny. Without him it could of been 6 or 7.

Defence was sunday league and all over the place.

Clint Hill is not good enough and we do need to spend in jan.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Clint Hill got skinned on far to many occasions. I actually think he would be far better at centre back but he does have the turning circle of an oil tanker and definately lacks to much pace to play left back. I can't believe players though Hill was MOM. I know the rest were bad but surely MOM go to paddy for keeping the score respectable.

Three of our back 4 are very slow.
          It's a problem.

Clint Hill may not have been MOM, but I can think of 7 players who had more of a 'mare than he did last night.
I'm more worried about Gorkss' lack of pace than Clint Hill... thank god we have Kyle Walker to cover for the other 3 defenders.

A big problem we have is when we play a high defensive line, our back four can be roasted for pace with a ball over the top. (that's when Walker/Kenny come to the rescue)
And when the opposition play a high defensive line, we have nobody up front with some pace to latch onto through balls/over the top stuff.

We lack pace all through the team, not just Clint Hill.
It's our biggest weakness, Watford knew that.

Yeah need to keep it all in perspective, was always coming sooner or later and was always more likely to be when had an off day and ended up getting spanked! Seem to remember Newcastle getting a pasting last season at some point! As long as it wakes up the players and Warnock puts a rocket up their ####, which I have no doubt he will!

Van Moen could add a bit of steel to the midfield hopefully. Probably be shot down for this, but maybe Gorrks needs a rest, and give Fitz Hall a run out!
