Mackie needs a first touch. Always takes him two or three to get it under. He works hard but is that enough? Horses for courses, could do with a tricky winger for certain games.. But m just greedy.

Unfortunately this is how I see it also. Same with Goddard's comment also, Buzsaky over Mackie all day once fit.

Yeah Buzz is in a different league to mackie.

Also I remember getting completely slated for saying that alot of plymouth fans thought he was a headless chicken and wasn't to bothered when he left.

I think we might have another agyemang on our hands. I like the guy and he gives 110% but I think he must have some scottish blood in him.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

There was a very interesting article in 'A Kick Up The Rs' recently.

The gist of it was that the drying up of Mackie's goals coincided with Walker coming into the side, and that the manner in which balls are played into the box has changed quite significantly since then.

It was a very good article, and I think it has some weight to it.
          Be nice to Minty

Hmm I can see the point but 2 things stand out for me Minty, 1-he is a pro footballer playing in an attacking position why doesn't he adapt his game? 2-I can pick out many very very good chances he has had to score in the last 10 games where he has fluffed his lines, so he is not starved of chances he's just not capitalising on them. Superb attitude & work rate but no goals means no prizes.

              I can't argue with that, Ric-Roc.

Don't think he needs a rest, jus needs a goal.

When he scores, sure he will go on another run
