connolly and gorkks were outplayed tonight, watford passed all the time in front of goal and we were resorting to long balls later on. Both tteams counter attacked and they made the better job of it.

Just got home. Overall we were very poor. Watford had done their homework - the only team this season who constantly ran at our centre backs. Exposed Gorrks and Connolly's lack of pace. Well done to Watford.

Adel was poor in places but some of his stuff was excellent again , just some of it didn't come off. Its what you get with a player of his class/skill, one minute we love him, the next we hate him.

Watching the game back now and we gave the ball away nearly 20 times in the first 10 mins. That was our problem tonight, not Adel.

Long as we bounce back, but as Isleworth said earlier/on another thread, we'd have never dreamt of being top of the league and only losing 1 out of 20.

Agree Ric-Roc first 20 mins I thought we were ok but just kept giving the ball away, still at half-time I didn't think we'd lose. The third goal, offside by a mile, just knocked the stuffing out of us, just yet another poor refereeing decision that went against us. I think the players reacted in a way that said 'whatever we do tonight, it ain't gonna go our way'

Imo Taarabt should be dropped for live televised games.He f**ked up at Bristol City and he f**ked up last night.He showboats too much and rarely does things in the best interests of the team.I know the number of Taarabt fans far outweighs those that aren't,but overall give me a passionate team player like Derry any day of the week.To compare him with the likes of Marsh and Bowles is an insult to those great QPR legends.
He's an arrogant little sh*t.Those who look at him through rose tinted glasses surely can't ignore all the pundits(including Sir Les last night) and numerous journalists,who claim he is self-indulgent and very frustrating when the team are trying to put games beyond our opponents.It seems he's trying(very immaturely)to put himself in the shop window and fails miserably,making him and the team a laughing stock.
I bet if you had a poll amongst the QPR players,they would want him to be relieved of the captaincy at the very least.He's rarely embraced enthusiastically by his team mates when he scores,which speaks volumes.

geejaybee yes he is greedy and frustrating but how many points has he won us alone this year? I'd say a fair few. He does the same greedy sh!t every game but usually pulls out a few gems in the game also, last night it was all bad & not much good from him but its to be expected, swings & roundabouts.
