I thought Essex was grim until I went to a friends 6 bedroom house in Brentwood.

Also Leigh is from the posh part of essex as his wife is a serious earner and plus he rakes in the benefits.

There are so many Kent Rs there is a strong argument to relocate the ground to this, God's county. Plus it would be nearer to Essex so all the Essex boys might actually turn up for the odd game for a change...
