    Why whats he achieved????

Apart from playing for arsenal reserves which steve Morrow/matthew rose managed?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Question is really would you lot prefer another albeit skilful classy player (which we already have) or money spent on a goalscorer?
      I know what i want.

Very good point and the point I was trying to make Jeffro, so well said.

Very highly rated at Arsenal. Think they would only consider letting him go to a club outside Premiership who play football in the 'right way.' For me that shows how highly we are regarded by others if any legs in this rumour.

As for him great natural ability, loads of potential. The big test would be if he has the mentality and physicality to cope with regular first team football at CCC level. He will either flounder, as others have before him, or it will improve him significantly as a player. If I was Wenger this would be exactly the kind of loan move I would want for him. If it works it works for everyone. If it doesn't Arsenal will learn something about him and we will not have lost much.

Would have him over Welbeck any day.

How old was he in Spain? 17/18??

Has he ever played at this level against the quality of defence you get at NPC level?

No but has he ever handled being kicked 2 feet up in the air, not that I have seen thus far. To be fair to some players ie bellamy they might whinge but he gets kicked about but gets up and carrys on. I don't see vela being that type and he will just go missing due to lack of bottle.

Jay Simpson didn't do such a bad job for someone playing in a poor side last season. Jay Emmanuel Thomas did ok when out on loan and by all accounts Aaron Ramsey played well for the last half an hour he was on. How often does Ephraim get kicked and not get up? He might not have a lot of quality but he'll keep at it and Vela will be no different but does have the quality.

You think Neil Warnock would let him go missing in a match?!

Puts his supposedly poor scoring record into total perspective. Amazing how some are not happy about the prospect of a player on the fringes of Arsenal's first team. Doubt we will get him but that's an entirely different question.

Think he'll definitely be going somewhere in January. Wenger has a habit of loaning out his young players to the Championship. If we are still knocking about around the top, we'd be a pretty good option.

Would I love Vela at QPR? Yes

Would he come to QPR? I be suprised.

Stupid rumour from a stupid site.
