  • Hull City Home Form

    Played 9, Won 3, Draw 3, Lose 3, F 6, A 4

Not a bad side at home, conceded 4 the same as us at home but only managed to score 6, however we have managed to score 14 away from home.

Do we have anything to worry about?

In my view that's a very mediocre record; sort of stats I'd expect of a club in bottom 5 or 6. To be honest, if they'd played 9 lost 9 there'd be people on this board saying we're fated to be their first point(s) of the season. I expect us to beat them at a canter.

They'll park the bus and take their chances. It will be dull. Very dull. And then there is the trip home which will be the opposite of that. Lively. Very lively.

I agree hats how Pearson got Leicseter into the top 6 last year. We need to score first otherwise its going to be a long game. Expect them to park the bus and look for the draw, just hope we are on form and tear them apart.

They've beaten both Swansea and Derby at home so although they aren't have a great season those are two decent results. It's the kind of game that the old QPR would lose but if we really are a different side and a side going somewhere then a point is the absolute minimum we should expect.

Jimmy Bullard is apparently back for them. Had a quick look at Hull's suitably dull message board and the only vaguely interesting thing was lots of references to how absent Bullard was and the suggestion that his last injury was probably sustained lifting yet another pint glass to his mouth. Didn't know he was meant to be a drinker. Was a good player before injuries got the better of him. Actually, wonder if Warno would go for him?

Hull city don't have a pot to **** in and we should really take care of them.

One of the poorest teams in this division. Get our mental attitude right, we'll win

They have Jay Simpson. And we know how ex players like to score against us to prove a point.

Having said that, I think Gorkss and Connolly will win that battle with ease.

We weren't interested in Jay Simpson for a reason. Way too overpriced and not very good. Even when he was with us I didn't rate him. He missed more chances than he scored and most that he scored were simple goals. He's the last player we need to worry about!
