I realise I made a mistake regarding Adel.

Although I hate Cardiff fans I don't think calling us a 1 man team is too far off the mark.

Other players in the squad work hard and are half decent to what we have had for some time but I do think Adel ran the game on sat and we are pretty much a 1 man team. I am happy to admit that and I don't see it being a problem.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

FAir play, like i did with Derry was wrong and admitted it.

I think Adel is the fulcrum of everything good offensive wise about us.
I tried to explain this to people who coated him when he wasnt playing well, and that you just have to go with the flow, as he is exceptional.

Though Derry, Walker and Kenny play MASSIVE parts in keeping us top of the league.

We arent a 1 man team but any team in the league would miss Adel if he was removed from the line up.

GTP was giving large about Cardiff already winning the league, and he is now very quiet. Wouldnt mind a little "hands up" from him to be honest.

Yeah I agree GTP should admit he was wrong but I do think his ego wouldn't allow for that.

I do really rate players like Walker (who we don't own) and Kenny but I think Kenny and Adel are the only players that could cope in the premiership. I am a big Faurlin fan but I thought he struggled on sat. Derry kept us in it in the 1st half as Faurlin went missing. Better in the 2nd half which was a big reason why we controlled that half.

no hands up here, they will still be promoted one million per cent imho, and probably above us or if not very close behind us.
they were all over us saturday in the first half and we were at home. they only difference in the two sides was the managers. warnock got us that win cos jones is useless tactically. if they had oif started the second half the way they played in the first the result would of been different.
oh and thank god for adel cos thats six points out of six we wouldnt have without him.

a forum is all about opinions.. at the time of bristol city adel should have been dropped.. simple as. does that mean us who called for that think he should never play for qpr again? no.. does it mean we dont rate him? no.. same reason fans called for smith over ephraim.. was due to lack of form.

as for cardiff they are a decent side but manager got it horribly wrong. whittingham out wide is a different player. but they he is a make-shift CM because of bellend. we have a better unit, team from front to back and that showed saturday.. from kenny to hulse the team was working hard.. same cant be said for cardiff i felt it was like two teams.. one defence and one attack. that is why adel found so much space in first half.

So you still think they will finish top then?
                Strange.

clearly isn't that simple though is it? Are you a better manager than NW? He had a poor game - hindsight is 20/20. Dropping him may mean he could lose confidence, or his replacement may be upset at making way again.

He should never have been dropped like people on here were demanding. He would need to have a a sustained drop in form to warrant being dropped. He is the reason we are top.

So if the same situation happened again, you would not say you have learnt from the last period??, Where by playing Adel through a slight blip allows him to return to unbeliveable form.
If he was dropped you can bet he would not have responded in the last 4/5 games like he has.

He plays no matter what, it is that important to us.

We would need to have a bad run coinciding with their good run for them to overtake.

I can really start to believe now, as December fixtures are the hardest, that was Nov, and we are undefeated

Oh Jeffro - I remember our conversation on the blower pre-season regarding Derry. Hate to say I told you so; but like I said he was what we was missing. The same with Hill. I know both names were uninspiring but both are typical 'RONSEAL' players (or as Warnock says 'Bread and Butter players'. Nothing special they just do exactly what it says on the tin. To be fair Hill never really had boots to fill coming to us. The fact that we all still talk about Clive Wilson shows how long we've been missing a player WHO IS A LEFT BACK! Next year he'll probably even need replacing but hey ho, he's been another top signing by Warnock.
