Maybe you can start your own thread, 'Who should we realisticly sign IF we go up?'

Although I see Crouch is starting today for Spurs, so even if we went up it would be an unrealistic signing.

    Just a thought

Yeah, I went off topic slightly there, after answering what was asked and giving 3 realistic strikers for the Championship... which was nawty of me!

Well at least you admit your mistakes, more than most do on here.

Well i think if we are still in the top two (not counting any chickens), and still ahead you need to start to buy certain players who u think will beable to step up.

I would go for Kevin Phillips or Roberts on the basis that they can get goals at this level for the last 6 months, and for me be able to also score and help the team in the prem next year.

I would not put them on Prem wages but would have a clause in the contract that gave them a bouns if and only if we went up. Meaning they would need to still be hungry and we would not have to break and wage structure and team sprit.
One for all.... and all for one

isn't Phillips almost 40 years old?

Yep, but still knows were the goals is and could still score 10 goals a seaons from the 6 yard box which you need to help scrap the points.

Was thinking of starting the Phillips pensioned fund
