One Striker You Bring In January

Oh dear, some serious fantasy football enthusiasts posting on this thread. Would that be the Roberts and Beckfords who are getting plenty of game time at two medium sized premiership clubs? And Robbie Keane, he's really going to want to play Scunthorpe away isn't he? Unless there has been a dramatic change in boardroom policy that has been kept from we the fans (no change there, I guess) then I fear some fans are going to be seriously underwhelmed by the January transfer window.

Someone like Keane or Roberts may come on loan from Jan-May with an agreement that they join in the summer IF we go up. Somone from the lower leagues would be too big a risk when, if we continue as we have been until Jan, we are favorites to go up.

Remind me Keane going to Celtic who did they play away?? Many of them are equal to teams like Scunthorpe United.
Not saying he is coming, but premiership players on the fringe of first team football will find QPR a very attractive proposition, compared to previous seasons. They only to have a look at the table and think what might be in 5 months time from JanauryALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

As for your point at Celtic you get to play Champions League football and can pretend you are still a big time Charlie. You have said countless times yourself when over-demanding fans have wanted us to sign big stars, the Championship is a big step down.
Where I do agree with you is if we are still in the top two come January we will look a very attractive proposition to players in bottom six prem clubs

He'd never come back here.
