Heard on good authority that he has just changed agents and setting a move up to the premierhip in January. He will decline a better offer from Cardiff City and has not signed an extension

Bothroyd has more to his game than Beckford i would say. Beckford scores goals, in our division anyway. Bothroyd has a great all round game. Better quality

Only reason for him to leave in January is if he doesn't back himself to continue his goalscoring run..

Leaving in Summer with 20+ on his Record is far more attractive than paying a fee for a striker with 12 on his record
