Anyone seen Langley at a game? Thought not. Probably not been to Cardiff either. That minor problem hasn't stopped him pretending he knows his stuff. If he ever knew anything about football it was never obvious to me even when he was playing. Nonsense.

Funny thing is I bumped into him at a petrol station in Hayes (near the training ground) just over a week ago and he was in a brand new Qpr track suit. Not training with us is he?

Wiki shows him playing for Pattaya in Thailand.. What a shame his attitude stopped him being a top player. Oh well, keep writing for the local rag dickie

Yep - I've seen him four or five times this season. Last I saw him he was in the Press seats at the Norwich game. Good lad is Richard.

I've met him a few times, and he's always been willing to have a chat and comes across as a good lad, which makes this little attempt at journalism even more surprising.

Really? If that's true I will let him get away with the opining. Just rubbish opining!

I have met him doing some charity stuff and I am not knocking his effort (and a local lad) but he never gave any clue he knew what he was doing so gobsmacked anyone would pay him to opine on the game now.

Spot on mate. Us playing the long ball game this season has hardly occured. We've played many teams off the pitch and oh has he forgotten we are still undefeated? Footballs a funny old game I know but I'll take confidence out of the fact that we've been to Notts Forest and Swansea and taken a point from both compared to Cardiff playing them both at home and losing both. We have nothing to fear from them. Take Bothroyd out of their side and they would be a below average side. You could argue the same about Adel with us but I still feel we have a much better squad in depth than them and tactically a much better manager too. Football is divided by opinions but I am looking at taking at least a point off the taffs tomorrow.

I've known Richard & his dad for many years & they are nice people, but not being funny how inaccurate was that piece? He makes us sound like long ball merchants & that Adel hardly sees the ball. Yea right o.

Maybe others sitting in the Press Box are disrupting Langers thought processes?

I think his comments are well put. In no way does he come aceoss bitter. He came up through our youth system and I do believe his heart is with us.

I don't think he's bitter either - indeed got nothing to be bitter about tbh. He just wasn't good enough in the final analysis though we put up with it longer than we should have.

But comments like "if Cardiff take a negative approach and do not enforce their game on Rangers, it will allow the [QPR] long ball [game] to cause a serious threat to the Bluebirds’ defence". suggest to me (confirm to me actually) he doesn't know his #### from his elbow when it come to football. I woiuld've said he was saying this as he hasn't seen the R's play this year. People tell me on here he may have done so he doesn't have that excuse. Just a rubbish commentator.
