  • Blackstock Out For A Year

Awful injury & wishing him all the best in his recovery.

Not his biggest fan but wouldn't wish that injury on anyone...... Well maybe Craig Bellamy.

Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies says that striker Dexter Blackstock is likely to be out for at least a year with a cruciate knee ligament injury.

The 24-year-old was hurt moments after scoring in Saturday's 2-0 away victory against Cardiff City.

And Davies told BBC Radio Nottingham that there is "no chance" of Blackstock playing again this season.

"It's not good news. It will be a minimum of 12 months and could be longer," Davies said.

We've had our fair share of injuries - now its cardiff and swansea's turn.

they should go for routledge so they dont miss a non scoring forward.
gutted for any player who gets injured, but the thought of him getting 10 to 15 k a week for doing nish does ease the pain on my heartstings a tad.
my mate baz who is a roofer fell off moody scaffolding and broke his back, he dont get 15 quid a week, and no message boards cry over him or offer him words of support. thats amore i sposse.

haqpr welcome back mate. You have been missed.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
