No problem with having an opinion but does this statement have any proof?

SirPie you can tell Benny that talking about a 'young' michael Owen is very different to the current one. Has zero hunger for the game and won't be around much longer. Doesn't have any fight in him and should stick to gambling.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Bendtner? I'd eat my hat if we signed him.

        Never gonna happen.

I'll let you argue with BBR all I'm interested in is where and when Owen lost his hunger. I'd imagine being injured again and again would really test your love for the game but I've read nothing about Owen not loving the game anymore.

This might be true but weareqpr12 has said that he has no love for the game and is a complete X so I'm trying to work out where this has come from as I've always thought of Owen as a very good hardworking professional. I've no idea if he's married, I've no idea if he likes a drink, a smoke or what his house is unlike other players who's whole lives are splashed across the papers.

Sirpie I read an article that he wanted to quit playing football. Stain has a good point it could of been because of all the injurys but I also read in the paper that he was far more interested in Horses than he was football. I can't give you a link or a name of the paper but I definately read about this 6months ago. I just don't see him as a 'model pro' that some suggest.

Haha, I love the childish reply. You can always tell me yourself...I won't get upset mate.

Like SPC, I can't see where you can say he has no hunger?! There isn't anything factual to back this up, is what I'm getting at, not to mention why you don't think he could be a useful addition.

Besides, I questioned your harsh branding of him being a ******.
                        Your mum would love me...

Its certainly well documented that he has a gambling problem, perhaps even an addiction but have never read a story about him boozing, womanising etc (meant to be happily married). Gambling apart think he has always been a model professional - its just the injuries that have very sadly all but done for him as he was a tremendous talent and always came across as a decent, unassuming bloke. Anyway, can't see him leaving Man U to come to QPR so prob all a bit hypothetical.

If that's the case then why doesn't he quit?

What has he done IYO that makes him not a model pro? As I said we've all ready about the likes of Ashley Cole, Peter Crouch, Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard etc but in 13/14 years of playing at the top I can't remember a single story about Owen which makes me think he is either arrogant, rude, cheating, lying or anything else. If he isn't a model pro then who is?

Leicester City are set to make an attempt to sign West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar on loan after being told his team-mate Ishmael Miller is not available.
