How much are you prepared to watch QPR play in the Premiership ?

the sad thing is 'footie' is being more and more alienated from the lifeblood of the sport........the ordinary working class fan......these ' middle 'income/soccer am/pringle eating twazzers who have suddenly jumped on the 'footie' bandwagon are sadly the type of fans most clubs want these days with their disposable income and starched shirts......hence why watching england has become almost cringeworthy with the mugs in face paint n jester hats.....the vast majority of working class cannot afford to waste 200+ quid a month following their team ane it is a very sad state of affairs....unless clubs address the outrageous salaries 'earned' by vastly over rated n hyped players the game imho is sliding into the abyss long term ......back to the question asked id pay £50 tops for the match day experience at lr in the prem....not being big headed i can afford it but id still not be taken for a mug if the product didnt warrant it!!!clubs need to offer family deals and cheaper tickets for lesser fixtures if they want to keep the 'real' fans on board!!

That's a point actually. Surely with 4 less home over the course of the season ST's shouldn't increase as the price per game would increase with us having fewer games to go to?

Trouble is, Rangers could bring in loads of top class players, but if we can't afford it, we can't afford it, whether or not those players are "worth" it.

Don't worry folks, the Premier League don't allow ground swaps in the style of Saracens, so we wouldn't play any PL home games away from LR. Even if by some fluke Bernie managed to wheedle around the PL ruling - the police wouldn't sanction it.

All for recategorising games A, B and C but the the current structure needs to be dropped.

Fair adult prices IMO would be

Cat A - £50 centre blocks SAR, ER - £45 SAR, ER wings, £40 LR
Cat B - drop at tenner from the above
Cat C - drop £15 from the above

These are very "full" prices based on our limited availability, local "competition" and are at the top end of the elasticity. Anything else is taking the ****

Just saw the FLS and Coventry's ground. Although empty, you could stretch your legs out comfortably. Those seats and Prem footie, I'd pay 50-60 quid.

Phone them up and ask if you can buy a season ticket next year. You won't get one.

Match ticket pricing at Emirates Stadium is based on the principle of an A and B grading, as follows: Category A fixtures: Chelsea, Liverpool, Man United, Man City, Tottenham.

All remaining Premier League games will be category B as will the majority of FA Cup, UEFA Competitions and Carling Cup matches. However, there will be some specific matches which will be designated as Category A. Details will be communicated at the appropriate time.

The thing about prem football is you can see the games streamed live on the net and watch most of everygame on football first on Sky. Whilst i always would rather be at the game anything over 40 quid would just not be worth it to watch any football game.

I may be wrong but after the big price hike two seasons ago werent we told by the orange one that we were paying premier league prices to enable us to get to the PL? in other words there shouldn't be a hike above inflation as we are already paying PL Prices

Prices will increase but to compare us to Arsenal is ludicrous. The emirates is a modern spacious stadium and their team is full of world stars. LR is outdated and we are unlikely to attract players of a similar stature.

Ticket prices are not the main factor why people choose to go or not. We all live on a budget and have varying amounts of disposable income. If going to the match really matters we adjust our spending elsewhere. If my ticket price was to increase by £10 a time, I might choose to drink Fosters instead of Stella and save the money that way. As I've said before on other threads, if you really want to go you can find the money.
