Not legally it isn't. And all I was saying is they are clamping down on it. And they can. Unfortunately.

The Bok are not allowed to let people take bottles out of the pub. They don't sell tins. Ipso facto....you are not allowed a drink on the street unless OB turn a blind eye and they are not doing that as much anymore. That's all.

OB getting very iffy about this lately aint they. I mean having abeer in your hand anywhere. I often have a beer in my hand coming down SAR toward Bok but last few weeks I get OB trying to demand it every time. Tip = they can't legally demand it from you as not got an exclusion order zone and unless you are threatening to disturb peace they can whistle (legally). But of course they make it up as they go along.

Yeah and what was that all about before the Reading game, the new OB trying to stamp their authority outside Smutts telling us we couldn't stand on the pavement unless we were within the grounds of Smutts (all over a few feet ffs).
Reckoning they could revoke the owners license if we didn't agree.

I like the smuts, yeah the ob were getting proper stupid saying we had to be 'over the line' i was talking to the little copper about it and he was alright and he said it was a stupid rule aswell. Im sure i saw one go in the offy and have a word with the shopkeeper? They not serving beer no more?
