Do you like the royal Blue in our hoops or do you prefer a lighter blue ala Influence kit, for thos ethat remember it?

Tough one.

I'm not sure I have an issue with royal blue and it stands out so shows off our blue and white. However tough one I think the Influence kit was quality. I played under 8's and my dad bought me the full strip. I loved wearing it when training so I have very fond memorys of that kit. I don't like the fact we don't have proper hoops on the new kit.

I also prefer the dennis the menece away strip.

Is the non full hoops thing something to do if we get in the premier league they dont allow it?. I seem to remember Reading didint have full hoops when they were up there..

I think it is simply a design choice and the fact that they have tried to tailor (for want of a better word) the fit, hence the triangular patch under each arm which makes fully concentric hoops impossible.

Yes Weare I loved the Influence Kit, my dad bought me the kit and it reminded me of Roy Wegerle and Andy Sinton...
Really a stand out kit for me.

The illuminus could of been a disaster but it really did work.

Royal blue looks good with blue shorts but paler blue looks better with white shorts.... pretty useless answer that isn't it?!

I too like our new kit when it is worn with matching Blue shorts, maybe its something they want to change for good, i wouldn't mind.

Bring back the neon from the old Influence kit! I still have one of those shirts and more amazingly, it still fits!

I prefer the lighter shirts and agree the ones with fluecent piping really did make a difference

Don't mind the darker blue of today though just prefer the older ones

I prefer the dark blue, looks more classy. The lighter blue just looks washed out. Bit like me right now, sodding cold. !!!

dark blue tops and shorts looks physcologically a stronger colour, man city and coventry's blue looks weak.
