I have to agree with you there because it felt like they used this site and we got the abuse.

They have the power so I guess they can do what they want and we can't do nothing, same as the banks do, charge us when we go over drawn but pay us nothing when they take money out which waqs not authorised and put us in the red and want to charge us more fines.
