ambrose coming

when was the last game buz ever done anything spectacular for us like ambroses super goal last week and two goals to win the game this week?
nah drop that, when was the last time buzz done anything any good for us?
serious question as well.
some people need to take the rose coloured spectacles off sometimes imo, cos im not being disloyal by saying ambrose pees all over buzz from a great height, and buzz will never score anywhere near the amount of goals ambrose got last season or that he will do this season either.

The problem with Buzz the last couple of years has been his fitness, no doubt about it. But technically Buzz pisses over Ambrose from a great height.
As for goals when he's fit and playing regularly and not having to contend with taking a back seat when it comes to free kicks because of Taraabt he scores his 10-12 goals a season, maybe not as much as Ambrose did last year but Ambrose does not do it every year.I do rate Ambrose but some on here , including yourself GTP, are making him out to be world class, which he aint. He's a very good ccc player, end of. In my opinion of course

but that was then, this is now!!

we dont need to hold a torch for players from all our yesterdays anymore, move them on and replace them with better and younger versions for all systems premiership.
and ambrose had a great season last year and is starting to do it again this one after an injury, all this lucky season cos hes really crap usually stuff is not going to hold up from the anti brigade forever. someone will get a great player if he leaves the sinking ship that is palace, why not us?

i dont get why people get so upset when pete who owns the gaff gives us a sniff that a player could be coming and it gets discussed.

for me Watson & ambrose are very good players but would go for ambrose as he would be able to easily fit into the system we play as couldnt really see where watson would play as he isnt a defensive midfielder,which was proved in his previous spell with us. priority is a striker the likes of bednar or ismael miller would do nicely.
