yeah but thats old news, now he is in the final squad list... if he had said that REALLY he wouldnt be in the pre-list selection.

what I mean is : there are 2 lists , one it called PRE-LIST contains 25 players, and then there is the FINAL LIST is made 3 days before the match and contains 20 FINAL players who will play.
therfore, if he doesnt want to play anymore, he wouldnt be in that FINAL LIST because he would call them already when he saw his name in the PRE-LIST..

Think he wanted to quit International football because his last one he travelled half way around the world and wasn't used.

Warnock was delighted.

Not sure travelling to Ireland poses the same problem, so was probably selected. Don't think he officially retired, more threw a strop.

I think he doesn't want to play for the National team, he was very upset last time out, long flight, didn't play, he knows he's talented so he does have a big ego.

The Moroccan coach Eric Gerets said that he sent a medical certificate but the moroccan federation hasnt recieved it yet, as the coach says he may got the wrong fax number, anyway they are waiting, who doesnt know about Adel, before deciding playing for Morocco he wanted to play for France, later he joined Morocco, and he was mad of not being used in the last game against Tanzania, the main change now is the coming of the new coach who is more serious, taarabt should be wise in his decisions or he gonna lose an interesting part of his football career which is so beneficial for him,morocco and QPR, playing in African cup of nation and maybe world cup in Brazil will make him a big name, not getting used in one game should not be an excuse to give it up all, he should be more professional and responsible and that s why Warnock made him a captain.

Perhaps you would know if you'd ever seen him play. In any case who cares if he plays for Morocco or not? Ah - that'll be Moroccans ( and wannabe Moroccans). He'll be out on Saturday for all (there) to see.
