  • Can Tommy Smith play Tuesday?

    With him being on loan?

  • #2
Normal loan rules would state that he's not allowed, but I do not know the coo with this one, being that he's signing in Jan.

Does it not come down to the loan agreement?.

Remember last season when a Blackpool player scored against his own team while playing on loan for Plymouth?.

i think the rules are if the player is agreed to be signed and only missed signing by paperwork not being in time, then they play.
hes only not our player cos of a bit of admin. dont think we could pull out if we wanted too if its been arranged for january either, so they have got no say on stopping him playing.

its not meant to be helpful, its just showing there is already an exact same thread a few posts down.
never ever seen a forum where people jsut love starting a thread so much in my life,a nd all they do is push the good threads off the page and into obscurity.
so many double threads all day every day. roll call today for instance.
it aint hard to look down the first page to see if someone else has done the thread first before you excitedly hit 'new thread' is it?
fair enough if the thread is not on page 1, then its excusable, but not when its 3 threads dwon from the top.
            end of rant.

Looking at the interview Tommy done on QPR world yesterday he was asked if he was looking forward to going back to Portmouth on Tuesday and he answers "Yeh absolutely" sounded positive...

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

warnock said on 606 the team will remain the same with clint swapping for orr.
so i think its pretty cement that smiths playing

good to hear. i would of thought that considering it was pompey's fault for the fact smith didnt sign perm with us in summer it would be cheeky to loan him n request he cant play against parent club.
