Whilst most agree that it was another poor performance from the Ref, I've just seen the goals on Sky and the foul on Adel for the penalty by Howard was a lunge with both feet off the ground and so should have been a straight red as was Orr's. I don't think he was even spoken to by the Ref.

It's noticeable that in the past few weeks the opposition surround the Ref after every decision and appear to have some sort of influence. It seems that only Derry does this for us, so perhaps we should get in his face a bit more.

Top performance today though and special mentions for Adel, Faurlin, Mackie, Paddy Kenny and the excellent Kyle Walker (£2.5M? I'd snatch Harry Redknapp's arm off).

I got the feeling today if the penalty wasn't so blatant Taarabt wouldn't of been given a thing.

Ref was poor. Just like last weeks. Glad we done the business & are not talking about dropping points due to these incompetent tools.
