Even more important is the fact that we won against a top half of the table team (Only our second win against such a team) and a good team at that! Well done Rangers

I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The ref had a shocker. Wd need to see the foul again but so many small decisions went against us it was a joke

Post from a Reading fans forum (lots of talk about their fans being idiots, lots of abuse being thrown at Paddy and then some handbags between their own fans at half time.........happy days)

Officially back now - yeah, Taraabt is class and they will probably go up, and credit to Warnock if they do.

A VERY tough, athletic, organised back four - with or without Orr, 1 target man who can't hit a barn door but wins everything that is thrown at him (Hulse), 3 talented attacking players supporting him (Smith, Mackie and Taraabt) and a proper captain in the middle of the field in Derry.

I just read the match thread and a few people are questioning McDermott's tactics. I actually think that we looked the more likely to score at 0-1 and 11 on 10 so I dont blame him for keeping the formation and players as they were. QPR's second and third goals seemed to come a bit against thre run of play and when the third went in we might as well have had 14 players on the pitch as we were by then beaten.

I would however argue that at 0-0 and 25mins in, we were being so overrun that perhaps THAT was the time to change things...

(still think our fans are/were ##### today. Is it just that football will bring out the inner self righteous, hypocritical, one-eyed **** in all of us?!

                        Thanx balders.

Hulse should have scored & he very nearly did with 2 headers so he's way wide of the mark with that one. Have you got a link please I would like to read more from them.
