Pete, like him or loathe him, there's no denying that he added spice and interest to this place. I have definitely noticed a marked change since the ban - Less interesting posts and debate, less responses to potentially interesting subjects and threads etc etc. For the record I do agree with you about removing the word "parasite".

I can see why he used this word but probably slightly harsh but he was never short of insults. I think to be fair he would only use terms like this if he had a reason.

If you read every fans site and what's posted you will already know that this very site lets people have a view, try going on another fans site and trying to put the people who own the site or that site down, you will get no warning but a straight ban for life.

W12 is a really good poster, myself & Pete like him but when he goes into one he loses the plot, I'll give you an example:

He is trying to brainwash fans that QBP got the job on QPR Player due to G Paladini and spreading the word around like its fact.

Why don't he just contact the club and ask, I mean he would get an honest answer or is it the fact Pete being on Player really hurts some out there?

W12 was trying to use this very site that we pay for to brainwash others.... Now tell me why we should allow him to do so?

When W12 got banned you had another person login under the same IP address bigging W12 up, as soon as I spotted it it stopped.

I liked 12 and we were going to allow him back but I've changed my mind now, see what happens in the future.

This site is for all QPR fans, we do not ban you because of your name or who you are friends with, but we will not tolerate abuse from people.

You keep mentioning this. I know both W12 and the other poster in question (superhoop67) and they are most definitely two separate people.

You might find other people logging on from the same address as me, either people at my work (in fact you'll probably notice a Palace fan with the same IP address as me) and I've shown friends things online when they've visited before. Should I tell everyone at work or friends/family who visit to stop logging on to WATRB in case you accuse me of being them?

It was the way that second person talked, continuing in the same venomous vein as W12 Ranger. I am too old and not naive enough to believe in coincidences like that. Once he got found out he stopped, here at least. It is funny how he rarely if ever posted on Report's forum until his ban. I think Report's forum should have deserved more respect from him than that.

The divide amongst fans seems to be accelerating at a rapid pace.

As a reader/contributer of various fan forums, this type of thing is becoming more & more common.

Banning posters: I must admit, if someone turned up at my front door & insulted me (whether warrented or not) I doubt I would invite them in or invite them back.

If I have an issue with an admin/moderator or another poster, I would tend to use the pm function first - If I got no reply from the pm, maybe then I would approach via a thread - But to insult the people who pay for a forum, is just asking to get banned whether or not it is valid.

I'm not a supporter of supressing free speech, but when insults start to fly, someone has to take a stand.

I am far from being Petes number one fan, but as fellow Rs supporter, who always has good intentions in regards to my Club, I have to respect him the same way I repsect all other Rs supporters.
I grew up back in the day knowing that we were a minority amongst Arsenal, Liverpool Man U etc supporters - Therefore, whenever I was fortunate enough to run into another Rs supporter, we bonded. Not slated each other off because we had slightly different views.

O dear.

Well, if the word "parasite" isn't removed, I'll have no option to take things further. All this goes on and on and something now needs to be done about it.

qprreport keeps banging about morals and rules, yet he conveniently lets this go by without deleting it. He forgets he does not own the site, pro_boards do. As for saying he has no sponsors/advertisers, well whats at the top of every page?

For the record, always maintained I do a pre-match programme with guests and this week Peter Ramage was kind enough to come on and gave a good insight into the club. I am on hand in at anytime they need a co-commentator or commentator or the partially sighted or for QPR Player.

As for being a freeloader, I've just forked out for the Pompey game and will do for every away game this season. This site has given away money for competitions (well done Macca 60 who won £20 for the correct score competition) and will continue to raise money for QPR related charities.

Last note on the subject from me.
