  • Rob Hulse..........

can he hold a ball up???

Spent the whole game trying to flick the ball to no one.

And Agymang and Clarke are not footballers.

Clarke was warming up in a scarf on a mild day in October!

Agymang for his size, must be the biggest fairy in West London.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

What????? Agymaggy came on and caused problems, he wins balls that are not his to win and Mackie was better when he came on, as for Clarke, how can you rate him when you have just seen him play 10 minutes.
Hulse has just come back from a serious injury and needs to settle.
    Are we unbeaten? Yes
Do people expect far faar too much? Yes
We are on a bad run and still have not lost a game!
My first game was boxing day 96 QPR 3-2 Norwich....yes we actually beat Norwich.

Sorry but Hulse was sh*t today. Not good enough and don't go all 'FFS he's only played 10mins and has been injured' Why the F**k did we buy him?

So why did we buy him ?
              Desperation I fear.

Really hope I'm proved wrong and he comes good for us
I'm not entirely sure our formation, style suits him.
Maybe our plan B to hoof it upfield suits him better ?

My worry is that we will be seeing a lot more hoofball if Hulse and Pat are going to start getting more minutes -- where's our lovely fluid passing game gone?
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Husle hasnt played for six month and Helguson has had a series of injuries. No one else up front hfor us has any pedigree. The goals have dried up. But apparently we have all we need.

Give Hulse a chance for god sake. And I honestly think Aggy was decent today. Close to getting his head to the winner late on. I'm one of his biggest critics, but credit where it's due.

From what I could see, Hulse had a defender gripping his shirt throughout the entire game! Think the ref dictated the game, and the Burnley defenders got most of the calls.

Hulse played away at Leeds on August 7th, I make that less than 3 months ago.

I am not complaining just saying what I see and that is, people on this board seem to be happy with us getting 5 draws from 6, ok we are still unbeaten but if for example we had won 4 and lost 2 we would have had 12pts, whereas we have won only 1 and drawn 5 equaling 8pts, I know what I would prefer and we would still be top.
I wonder what Neil would really prefer?

hulse faced 2 defenders who win nearly everything in the air and got balls lumped up to him all day and won quite a few of them. the wingers and supporting midfielder should be looking to get beyond him and get the flick ons.

                              What he said

God forbid that a player be injured and doesnt come back firing on all cylinders in a new team, I have no doubt that he wouldnt of started had HH been fit.

I hope Hulse doesnt become a target before he is even match fit, would be typical for some though....
