Some of the football played under de Canio was the best in the past 10 years or so. We might not have been the best team in the league but the games were enjoyable and a real pleasure to watch. Even if they were a bit frustrating when that last minute goal would be conceded!
He would have a better knowledge of the Championship this time and will have learnt from his previous experience. I was sad to see him go last time but would be delighted to see him back again.
We have always had a reputation since the 70's of playing with a bit of style. We had that in the latter part of 2007-8 season. Bad appointments for 2008-9 season undid all of that.

I wouldn't mind at all. I think QPR played some very good football in a lot of his games and now have some better defenders than they did when he was in charge before i.e Gorkss, Cerny.
Also, QPR have a better winger in Routledge, so if Lopez signs with Buzsaky and Vine returning to full fitness, I will expect better all round results and a promotion challenge.
Furthermore, LDC seemed to have a reasonable working elationship with the Board, and did not mind them signing players for him to coach/manage, unlike Dowie and any other British manager.
