This was my first ever QPR match and got me hooked. My Dad who was an R since the 40s took me along and we sat in SA Road. It was in 1979 and a midweek match
18th August 2011. The day we got our Rangers back

He also died while still quite a young man, I think.

                      I remember that game.
We were laughing rather than cheering in the end.
Am I right in thinking it was a featured match on the telly too?
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Yes, a brain haemorrage at 41.
And yes, it was on The Big Match.

I must've been there - just don't remember it. No wonder I'm a miserable sod if I can't remember 7-0 wallopings dished out by the Rs!
