Probably to pay the phone bill on all their stupid outbound calls they make.

They've called me 3 times this week asking the same question ' do i want to renew my membership' and each time i've told them no, because i have the same benefits with a ST, but due to no communication, yes they ring again.

More a case of Wasting your money on me, one call would suffice or even looking into it a bit more, what would a 47 year old ST holder want with a box that has a scarf and keyring in (alledgedly), i already get advance ticket sales for cup and away fixtures with the ST. Organization is what is needed and that costs nothing.
