Nice one Stanley, as you say only time will tell. I wonder though what they plan on pushing on with, be it all or just who's left. Players, new Ground, training facilities only they know.

Still think we would stay at Loftus road, as some areas could be built onALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Jim Gregory used to own them and the houses on Loftus Road behind the Loft. Not beyond the realms of possibility nor prohibitively expensive given the Mittal's wallet.
Liverpool bought all the houses on Kemlyn Road and then built on top of it for the Centenary Stand.

Problem with trying to buy all of ellerslie rd is it only takes one house owner to sit tight or demand silly money and it scuppers the whole thing. we must be talking 40 odd houses on the stadium side of the street, each must be worth 750k - you are talking big numbers, even for the mittels i wd have thought when we are currently getting crowds of 13,000. I'd have thought taking the loft further back or trying to build a third tier on SA Rd above the offices or paying the school to move at the school end wd be (relatively) cheaper options, but still expensive.
