              We are in the middle of a promotion push with a carefully built team, our biggest star is young and great but prone to mood swings. Beckham is a bigger star but his career is ending. Do we really really need him right now? Will he really be good for us? As a mentor sort of guy maybe, we have seen his disposition towards this kind of work, but on the field? We have a good team effort going, would he fit in as a player? I do not think so.
