  • I can see us selling a few in January

    Legs
    Rowlands
    Cook
    German
    Vine
    Parker
    Borrowdale
Orr (if we can buy Walker)
    Hall
    Agyemang

All these, plus a few others are basically expensive benchwarmers at the moment. Use the money to buy fewer but better players.

I would keep Orr and Rowlands but agree about the rest.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Keep Agyemang (Good back up). Sell Cook, Vine and Leon Clarke and bring a young hungry striker.

As long as its the squad players that we sell because they aren't quite good enough rather than our galacticos because the offer is too good, makes perfect sense - but will anyone want many of those players on their current wages?

We'll need the like of Hall, Agyemang and Orr for the season to cover for injuries and suspensions. No point weakening our bench if we aren't going to replace them with better players though. Plus you run the risk of unsettling the squad with too many fresh faces in January.

Cook and Rowlands deserve a chance to prove themselves when they are fit again and we might as well keep hold of the likes of Parker and German as they are still young. Look how far Ephraim has come on in the last 6 months as an indication that can still be players for the future.

Not a fan of Legs, so wouldn't be bothered if he were to go. It would be nice to replace him with a more effective utility player. One who can actually pass!

Vine and Borrowdale should be sold though. Obviously not considered to have futures at the club.

Someone other than Hall, who we'll buy with all this spare cash.

I don't think we'll sell Orr, we'll need him for right back cover IF we do get Walker.

Vine and Borrowdale any more than that and we will be leaving ourselves short.

sell sell sell and buy buy buy le fondrue.
i know its a risk cos hes lower league, but i seriously believe he is the answer to all our problems.
he would be so revved to be the record buy striker in a team heading for the premiership that he would score every game like mackie did at the start through pure adrenalin, cos we know he knows where the net is.

Im sure Spurs have a clause where they can recall Walker at any time so we wont be selling Orr.

best scorer in the lower leagues (all we would ever spend on)
                              and we need a goalscorer.
dont need to sound like anyone to do the math there is there?
you worry about our crappy defence and let me worry about the lack of goals eh.
